Community Service/Volunteer Policy

      Community Service

For court ordered community service hours requests, please fill out the form below. The Library is not a 501c3. Those interested in general volunteering or school service hours should fill out the Volunteer Application. Anyone over the age of 18 must complete or provide a recent criminal background check before volunteering at the library. The Library is not obligated to provide any or all of the community service hours needed by the applicant.

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)

Teens in the Teen Advisory Group form our core group of young volunteers. They meet monthly in person the first Monday of the month at 5:00pm to advise the library on which materials and programs are of interest to them. TAG is open to students between the ages of 12-18. To sign up, just fill out TAG Signup Form online.
