This year’s program will run from June 1st to August 1st, and will take place online and at a distance. Like always, you’ll be able to track your reading, participate in events, complete fun activities, and enter drawings for great prizes! Readers of all ages are welcome to participate – we have challenge categories for everyone from babies to adults.
This year, we are pleased to announce we are moving to an online platform called Beanstack, which allows our readers to track their reading and earn digital badges using a website or mobile app. You may pre-register in Beanstack anytime, but you cannot begin logging your reading until June 1st.
Each of our libraries will be hosting a variety of special performers, storytimes, crafts, and events, and each will have their own system for prize drawings. For more information, see our event calendar and the list of libraries below. Summer Reading participants are welcome to participate in online events and activities hosted by any library in the region in order to complete the Beanstack activities and earn their badges.
